Borgotufi Albergo Diffuso

Our stay at Borgotufi Albergo Diffuso was an absolute nightmare. We stayed for four nights, and I can't express enough how disappointed we were with the entire experience. Firstly, the hotel failed to inform us about a wedding party that took place during our stay. The noise was unbearable, lasting until 12:30 am. This level of disturbance is completely unacceptable, especially for a place that advertises itself as a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was mediocre at best. While the wedding guests were present, there were flies all over the cheese and prosciutto. It was disgusting. Once the wedding party left, the situation went from bad to worse. There was virtually no breakfast available, and when we asked the lady at the reception (the one with black hair) for something cooked, she bluntly told us that we couldn't have anything because the chef wasn't there. This level of unprofessionalism is astounding. However, I must acknowledge that the cleaning staff is fantastic. They worked hard to keep the room clean. Unfortunately, the reception staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. To top it off, this place is grossly overpriced. We felt completely ripped off for what we received. There are much better options in the area. We discovered a lovely homestay nearby that is quiet, comfortable, and more than half the price of this so-called hotel. Save your money and your sanity. Do not stay at Borgotufi Albergo Diffuso. Look for other accommodations in the area; you’ll be much happier with your choice.

Room was ‘shabby’ in need of redecoration. Cracks in wall, scuffed paint, ripped pillow case, hole in wall, dust & cobwebs, resident spider! Damp wall discolouration in bedroom. No sound insulation could hear baby crying & chairs dragging next door. Spa pool- mild around window, broken glass window, damaged plaster, automatic doors not working. On the positive side front line staff were friendly & helpful but directors need to spend the money to make improvements.

Interesting hotel concept, with cosy detached houses, spread for the propriety, recently renovated, even with an internal fireplace. The main building has the restaurant and the spa, but the restaurant is the real gem of this nice hotel, with an amazing menu and a creative chef. Location is very nice, only 1/2 hour from the slopes of Roccaraso. This is definitely a place to come back and enjoy it!

Borgo Tufi concilia lo sviluppo di un turismo eco-sostenibile con la valorizzazione dei prodotti a km0 e lo stop al consumo del territorio. Si presenta come una nuova forma di ospitalità turistica dove sentirsi a casa e coccolati. Ho apprezzato molto l'attenzione verso i prodotti biologici e la cura dei dettagli. La cortesia e la gentilezza di tutto il personale ci ha fatto sentire in famiglia.

Consigliatissimo!!! Dalla pulizia, alla cura dei dettagli, alla cucina d'eccellenza ed anche gourmet , con un excursus culinario davvero da haute cousine!!! E non per ultimo, personale gentilissimo e premuroso!! Ci ritorneremo presto

Ho 51 anni e tanta esperienza... Struttura niente male, parte di una ristrutturazione ben riuscita. Una bella ricostruzione di un borgo, purtroppo spoglio... Solo casette minimal e carine e null'altro. Parcheggio lontano e strade irte ed irte, irte... Non offre nulla oltre all'interno del borgo. Colazione da 2-3 stelle: cornetti vuoti, no Nutella, no spremute... puoi scegliere tra acqua frizzante o liscia. SPA non a fruizione libera ma solo 2 ore a 30€ per persona, condivise con altre 8 persone; la sala relax: illuminata più di una sala operatoria!!! Ho trascorso il capodanno e dico solo una frase che racchiude tutta la disorganizzazione: ore 23:56, sul tavolo solo acqua e ci servivano il secondo!!! 51 anni e non si finisce mai di imparare 😪😅😪
